The Joyful Noise Coffee House started as a simple conviction: Steep Falls deserved a coffee shop with a pulse. Not a chain with a loyalty app — a real place where the barista knows your order and the bread smells like it was pulled from the oven five minutes ago.

Three blocks from the river, on the same stretch of Main Street where neighbors have greeted each other for generations, we opened our doors with two espresso machines, a deckled-edge menu, and a belief that a good cup of coffee should be celebrated, not rushed.

Today we roast in small batches, bake before dawn, and keep the music low enough for conversation but warm enough to make you stay a little longer.
